So 2 years ago my grandfather sexually assaulted me umm i cant stop remembering and it really really brings me down ... Yeah thats it um police know andstuff

I understand that it is hard to get off those memories. I was sexually abused as a lil kid and later again. You can't really forget those things.
For some people talking about it is helpful, not for me necessarily but did you talk about it or had some sort of therapy?
For me I more or less just try to live with it. There are bad days when I remember stuff but usually it gets better.

I agree. As Dalcourt said it’s a matter of how you feel. Sometimes talking helps and sometimes it doesn’t. It all depends on the person and personality I guess
For me yes I was also sexually abused. And talking helped a lot. But that’s me.
It’s never easy
