Do you do science? If so perhaps you could check my understanding but the force behind cumming comes from muscles contracting and that pushes the cum along the urethra, the tube that runs through your penis, and out the end so I think how far it goes will depend on:

1. The force provided by the muscles.
2. The viscosity of the cum (how thin or thick)
3. The size of the opening, i.e. the hole at the end of your penis.

For that last one, think of a garden hose and how the water goes further if you squeeze the end with your fingers to narrow the opening.

The size of the opening will vary from one person to another but probably not from one time to another. The force provided by the muscles will depend both on how strong they are maximally, which will vary from one person to another and improve with use, and on how hard your nerves say to contract, which can vary from one time to another. The biggest effect on how hard your muscles contract seems to be what level of arousal you have built up to before you cum. Starting more aroused can help with that but the big one is getting close and then staying there a while before finally cumming.
