Has alot of pubes but my penis is still 2 inches soft and 3.8 erect... From locker rooms and friend (which ive seen in my eyes) every one is about 5-6 inches..
What can i do about my size?

Sadly there is nothing that you can do about this except to wait and see if you grow more. Do you know if your dad has a small penis? This is the only way I can see you knowing how big you can expect to be.

There is not much you can do. Just wait. Don't use penile enlargement pills or supplements, they are scientifically said to not work and almost all are scams.

You can work on just accepting you and everything that makes up you. I'm bi and if I like a guy I couldn't care less how big his penis is. And if you read through some other penis size threads, you will see all the girls say that size doesn't matter to them either.

Because of how strange puberty is, the order of things growing is very unpredictable. Some people get hair first, others' penises grow, it just depends on genetics and hormones. For now, you have to wait and see what happens with your growth. Penis size, especially girth, can be one of the last things a boy goes through in puberty.

Well, I think that after time, everything will come to their paces. When I am in PE locker room, I can see that all of them(eight) have bigger then I have, but I can't do nothing.

What can you do? About your size? Absolutely nothing! But you can do something about your attitude and confidence. Both seem to be suffering because you seem to think that you should look different than you do. Keep that in mind.

Sorry to be so blunt, but until you realize and accept that you can't choose every aspect of your appearance you will be upseting yourself about nothing and creating a much bigger problem.

You are probably finished with puberty. But I don't think it's the end of the world for you. Hey! Our size 3.8" isn't that bad. It still can get the job done. So, why worry.
