I will like to know what is the difference between leggings and yoga pants and it’s the best underwear to used it

Yoga pants usually have flared legs and thick waist bands, made with a thicker material than leggings. They are basically like tight sweat pants and can be worn in public.

Leggings are tight all the way to the ankle and are usually made of a thinner material. They are more like thick tights. I would not wear leggings in public unless they were under a skirt, or I had a long sweater or top that covered my butt.

As for underwear, I would wear a thong or something seamless like that so as not to show panty lines. A lot of girls go with no underwear underneath.

Yoga pants and leggings are much better without underwear. You can see the panty lines if you wear knickers under them.

I don't wear leggings as they are cold against the skin in wet and chilly weather. I'll more like wear a pair of merino socks under jeans. Merino wool being a natural fibre is warm and cosy.
