It all depends on your genetics. By looking at the other people in your family you can determine the likely height you will be.

But the average height of men (in the US) is about 5'9".

ok growth is based on heredity so lets say my dad is 5'8 and im 14 and 5'0.
Lets say i have my dad's genetics. Will i grow to 5'8 or around 5'8 definately or will i grow to a lesser height or greater height depending on the foods i eat.

Lets say i eat better than my father, will i still grow to 5'8 or will i grow more?
and vice versa?
