all my apps are one by one ceasing to work. every time i try to start one i get the message in the pic i'm including. i don't know whats going wrong or how to fix this. Microsoft support hasn't been a help and looking things up hasn't help and i don't understand what "check your account" means. i feel like i'm not going to have a working computer again if this error keeps closing all my apps. i need to know how to fix this before important apps are affected.

Hmm, I've never seen that one. I'd try reinstalling Windows. It's not too hard.

Did you try do deinstall the apps and install them anew?
Or else as Jamiec1130 said reininstall Windows as a whole.

They both say "check your account, [insert app name here] is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code incase you need it: 0x803F8001" and then it links me to the Microsoft store. I don't get what it means by "check your account" or how nothing is available anymore. It worked fine beforehand but suddenly now its not available. Apparently im not the only one woth the problem, ever since the Microsoft store updated its been screwing people over with this error message.

That wont void the warranty will it?

Well to my knowledge you can't uninstall 3D paint without deleting the file, and netflix I think is another app without an "uninstall button" and windows came on the computer and im not sure if doing something like that would void my warranty. Also I don't trust my self to do more then fix the black screen with mouse after a cold boot glich.

Not that I know of. I've done so many reinstallations of Windows, even to new computers.

Sorry about being so late to this Convo. Try this
It is to reset windows store cache
Go to Settings> System> Apps & features> Click Store> Advanced options> Reset.
If that doesn't work then you are dealing with a Corrupt Windows store apps or something happen in the Windows\WinSxS. The easiest thing to do is reinstall Windows 10. The not so easy thing to do is rebuild the WINSxS directory is to reboot your system with a windows 10 installer on USB or DVD and repair the computer that way. It can take hours.
