Subconscious rubbing

Does anyone else just rub around while watching TV, reading a book, doing homework, or something else?
Like not trying to get off or anything but just messing around "down there" because it feels good.

I do this since I was about 8 years old and kept doing it.

Yeah I do this sometimes too. When I was younger my parents would tell me not to touch there while I watched tv lol

Definitely caught myself either rubbing up against something or actually using my fingers to rub myself more than a few times. It definitely happens more when I'm doing something like watching TV , reading, or doing homework. It's not like I'm trying to masturbate it's more subconscious, relaxing and it feels good. I just hope it's not as noticeable two others as it is to me when I see my brother with his hand in his pants like Al Bundy from Married With Children.
