I knew my penis was growing but I really didn't notice it because all my classmates were growing, too. But when I was 13, at Boy Scout summer camp, we were all showering together and I noticed how TINY the dicks were on ALL the 11 year old new Scouts. That's when I realized for the first time how much bigger and fatter mine had gotten.

OP,
as you can see, the answers seem to range from age 9 up to about 14-15. Each of us have genetics that determine when we will start growing.

I was a late bloomer & was self conscious about it, but caught up with the other guys at about 14. Our school always has has open, nude showering after sports, & I was never teased about it. I hope you aren’t getting any crap from other guys.

I wouldn't have noticed unless I started measuring. When you see something so many times per day, you don't notice gradual changes.
