Ok so for a while now I’ve been really worried about my weight, I’m 13 and I weigh 6 stone 13 pounds. I’ve recently gained about 2 stone this week and I don’t understand why. But now I’m being extremely careful about what I’m eating and I think I’m becoming slightly obsessed.

How long are you "slightly obessesed" ?
People have those phases where they are hypercritical about theirselves, but that does not mean that you have a disorder, with necessity.

If you're 13, you're still growing. You are probably not your full adult height and weight yet. You need to be growing. Gaining weight at your age is good and healthy.
If you're eating healthy, then the weight gain is probably because you are a normal and healthy teenage girl. All girls gain weight during puberty. It's normal. You wouldn't want to look like a kid for the rest of your life, would you?
However, I am wondering why you are feeling this way--is something going on in your life? When did this start? Is there something going on that is upsetting you? Do you feel trapped? You can feel free to vent to me if you want. I'm here to listen.:)

What is 6 stone
It's a unit for measuring weight
1 stone = 14 pounds
6 stone = 84 pounds
(Also I recommend googling things like this and not making posts)

2 stone in a week? I think you're exaggerating that number a little

That’s lot of weigh to gain in a week. Lit almost impossible I think
I can see weight staggering a couple pounds even from day to day
But if 1 Stone is 14 pounds that’s 28 pounds in a week.
That’s like 30% of your body weight

This may sound counter-intutivie but I'd say some teasing helped me overcome my eating issues.
Since been a kid I've always been stick skinny. Then after going on a holiday I put on a couple of pounds...I'd hve been around 14. I got really worried and started to skip breakfast and lost about 10 pounds.
My friends, who used to call me names for being skinny, noted and made more and more jokes about me....Then it occured to me that I am achiveing nothing by controlling my weight.
I started back to eat normal and put about 10-15 pounds on and found how good my clothes hang on me....from my briefs (which used to run up my skinny butt) to tee-shirts......Then I really wanted to gain more...and found it kinda sexy.....So I gorged on fast food and sweets and everything that came my way...
From 15 to 17 I went up from 85 pounds to 160+ pounds....My waist went from 25 to 34...teasing stopped and now infact some call me chubby...Most of my weight ended up in my chest and belly and butt/thighs my arms legs still look kinda skinny...But I think they will fill out as I gain more....
I am now not as nimble as my skinny days and now I sweat much more....get out of breath faster...But I think as my body get used to my new weight it will easen up.
