My guess is that you had a totally different feeling than you ever had on your penis' head, and it probably made you feel excited or different. Also, if it has been relatively recent with your foreskin being able to retract chances are your dick head is going to be really sensitive. Even if you were able to retract your foreskin for a year or two it still can be sensitive at times.

I would not worry, and I think you are fine.
