after awhile u will get used to it and it

No, it's your body, and that's what locker rooms are for, you should rock that nude look haha. Pubic hair either means you're at a later stage of maturity or that the guys who can grow it choose to shave. Whether they can't grow it or you don't want to shave, neither is a reason to be embarrassed.

If it really bothers you, you could always shave it off, though there really isn't any need

1. Put on first (or leave on) your shirt (a long shirt) before you take off your pants or swim trunks and then put back on your pants or swim trunks. This will keep your dick-area hidden for the few seconds that you have nothing on covering your dick.

In an open locker room other guys will always check each other out. Don't feel embarrassed because they are younger and since they are swimming it is a good chance they have seen others....you can't control your growth and how you look and just get into your suit quickly if this bothers you

I've been on both sides from swim team, when I was younger and hairless, I would stare and be curious about the older kid's size and hair, but noone tried to hide it. Now that I have pubes and younger kids look at my dick, I don't hide it, it makes you feel kinda good to be bigger and hairier than the rest.

They had big hairy ones and to me, I thought they must be high school boys. But now I realize they were no older than 13 or 14. But I was in awe of how impressive they looked down there. I had the same problem as you when I started changing nude in my locker room. I'm older than most of my peers and I was an early bloomer. You can probably guess that I attracted attention in the locker room. I was a little embarrassed at first, but everybody got used to everybody else pretty quickly. Some kids that had previously been pretty private in their changing grew more carefree over time after realizing that everyone had the same junk, just developing at different rates. And hey, I wouldn't worry about having pubes when others don't; they'll catch up eventually, and it can be kinda fun to be ahead of the game ;-)
