I agree with Bull that it's totally normal. It sometimes drives me CRAZY that I seem to be horny all the time and get lots of demanding urges to masturbate. But from what I've experienced and what I've read, I'm no almost 16 and I doubt my body is going to "cool down" anytime soon. I'm thinking I got at least another 10 YEARS of a very strong sex drive, and this is just the introduction for guys our age. (Maybe a good thing for me is that most of my boners when I'm in public don't get fully rick hard before they start calming down. But some certainly do, and that's every day almost.)
