Assuming, as this is in the puberty thread, that you are thinking of bodily rather than social things...

The first thing that occurred to me is that having a dick is great. It provides wonderful sensations even from idly playing with it and even better sensations when masturbating to orgasm, including the orgasm itself, obviously, and likewise having sex. It also provides the convenience of being able to pee standing which can mean shorter or non-existent queues in busy places compared to long queues for the girls, no need to brave dirty toilet seats in public toilets just to pee, and easier to pee outside when, for example, hiking.

Of course this may not be so one-sided because girls have a clitoris which is also great to stimulate, especially to orgasm.

The other thing that occurred to me is how guys have it easier when we are capable or breeding but choosing not to, at least for the time being. Consider that for a girl, each monthly cycle either turns into a pregnancy or ends with a period. I can't think of much positive to say about having a period with the possibilty of cramps beforehand, maybe mood swings too, not choosing the timing but needing to be ready and then needing to manage it over several days. The only redeeming feature is that it is better than ending up with a baby you are not ready for. Pregnancy will also have its share of pains and incoveniences but I think when you have decided to have a baby, seeing and holding that baby that had been inside you moments before must be something very special.

For guys there isn't this big difference. All our reproducitive system does is make sperm and squirt them out and as far as our body is concerned that doesn't change whether we are trying to breed or avoiding doing so and it will always feel great either way. The difference is outside our bodies in where we squirt them, if inside her whether she is ready and in that case a certain amount of luck. I don't think there is any doubt that for the majority of our lives, when we are not trying to breed, we have the better deal. When we're ready and decide it is time for baby, even then we will have the easier job, though whether it will be fulfilling I don't know.

Yeah, I think society has given boys a bit of an easier mentality, we don't feel pressured to take certain postures, put on makeup, those types of things.
