It seems from the many conversations on penis size on here, that we all go through penis growth around the age of 15 or so. So worrying about dick size at 13 seems pretty useless. I don't think anybody ends up the same size they were at 13.

I am in total agreement with mick01 here. You need to get to be 17 or older before you will know that you are fully grown. We all start and stop growing at different times.
