Im pretty new here .. I was in the change rooms the other day and noticed that a lot of the other guys are still pretty big when theyre soft .. when Im soft I go really small.

Is this normal, is there something wrong with me?

People fall all over the map with sizes whether you are talking about body size or penis sizes. There will always be people bigger than you while there will also be guys smaller than you. Chances are you are still in puberty, and the reality is that people grow as late as 21 meaning that you should have plenty of time. You are totally normal, and what you describe pretty much happens to the rest of us. Penis size is really not a big deal, and your whole worth as a guy is not tied up to one appendage of your body.

It is pretty normal but you got to remember that flaccid size does not really determine anything or count towards anything when you are talking about sexual pleasure and performance. For example, in flaccid length i'm 4.6" at 14.5 years old which is quite large for a flaccid penis size, but in erect length i'm only 6.3". Flaccid penis size can be very deceiving like another example is my friend whose flaccid size is 4" but his erect size is a raging 6.8" and he's only 15. This proves that flaccid size is not really something you should be concerned about.

I won't worry too much about soft size because the only use for a soft penis is just for show. It's the hard size that matters!! And soft size also doesn't tell you whether your hard size is big or small. Some people are quite well hung when they are soft but their boner is pretty much the same size, while some people are small when they are soft but they double in size when they get hard. I won't stress too much over my soft size if I was you!

We are all different. There will always be different shapes and sizes of penis'. Some guys are showers and some growers. You may be the same size hard but the other guy may be bigger when flaccid. I wouldn't worry about it. You are fine.

I agree with previous statements. We are all different so your normal is different from my normal. Besides that, you may want to know more about growers and showers. A shower is about the same size soft as he is hard. A grower starts with a smaller soft size and grows to a larger hard size. Perhaps you have seen more showers then growers. I myself am a grower.

It’s true, it’s only your hard size that really matters !! Your soft size really depends and it varies as well, sometimes you’ll be a bit bigger and sometimes you’ll be smaller - it’s really nothing to stress over

And other guys who are bigger soft than you, a lot of the time, or at least in my experience, they’ll have semis so it’s really unreliable tbh

You're completely fine. One of my friends is like 2 inches soft but gets to about 7 inches when hard. You're just a grower not a shower haha

Nothing is wrong with you. Some people are just still big soft called showers. I'm a grower and my dick gets very small too.

You're normal. There is nothing wrong with you. Being big when soft sometimes means being small when big. So, there is really nothing to worry about.

No, there's nothing wrong with you. Flacid (or soft) size can change drastically depending on circumstances. If a guy is partially aroused, that can cause a larger flacid size. If the guys are in hot water under the showers, that can increase their size too. It can also happen if you're cold, it may look smaller than theirs. Give your body time to mature and see what happens. Flacid size really doesn't matter much anyway.

It's very normal. There isn't a big connection between flaccid and erect size.
