Yeah..this is basically the way it happens at my school too. Most everyone looks (but don't stare) and I haven't seen anyone get teased about their size, lack of pubes, or whether the're cut or uncut. A couch also monitors us in the lockers to stop any teasing and make sure we get showered and dressing to get back to class on time.

It's my experience that in PE class people shower quickly and don't say much. Everyone peeks a look but nobody tries to get caught or says anything. Occasionally a PE class will have a class clown that makes jokes, but unless that class clown is mean and is a bully he won't make fun of others. Sports teams are different. More like brothers. More likely to comment on bodies and make jokes but not to be mean just doing what friends/brothers do.

No different than anywhere else. If you don't "naturally" have confidence, then "fake" it. Most people were shy/nervous the first time they got naked in public. It's never as bad as you make it out to be in your mind. Just pretend that you have clothes on or your invisible or that you have a giant cock - whatever gives you confidence. It's the guys who act noticably different that are more likely to draw people to look at. So just act normal.

I go to a private school where there are boarders. There are mandatory showers after PE. At my school it's very quick and business like, but it doesn't mean that I don't check everyone out. You have to "beak the ice" a first few times. Just pretend you're not shy at all. You will feel uneasy when exposed a first few times, but you will be OK with it in very short time.

No, I try not to look at people's dicks as I want to try not to get aroused if I can. But I am not gay either, it just happens.

I got to a newer school which has individual shower stalls. Sometimes see guys in underwear but not naked. I usually change in the stall as well, so nobody sees my underwear. Never heard anyone get teased about penis size. Nor underwear type, unless you're wearing like tighty whities.

That’s how I thought my school was at first to but it wasn’t as much taunting as it was messing around. It turned out nobody was serious unless u got a boner. I felt really bad for him and I stuck up for him because he was clearly upset. The ironic thing was he was definitely not the only one with a small dick. We were in sixth grade! Most kids hadn't even started puberty. The guy who made this comment couldn't have been much bigger than my friend at all. A lot of guys were laughing at us, and things got out of hand for a few minutes, but eventually they left us alone.

That was one of my only negative experiences with guys checking each other out in the locker room. A lot of the time guys look around at other boys and it's completely fine & normal. Even I do it. If you see someone looking at you, you can just ignore it (or take it as a compliment). And I wouldn't be super explicit or obvious about it, but yes, you can look at other people's junks. Be sure not to stare, and don't let anybody make fun of anybody else. (It sucks when you're made fun of. Be a good friend~)

At my school we are not required to shower and no one does, we just change between our street clothes (shirt and shorts/pants), no one takes there underwear off. I don't look at to many of the other boys as I get in and out as fast as possible, but from what I've seen most of the other boys wear boxers or boxer briefs. I'm one of the few that wears briefs (tighty whiteys) and no one has said anything about them.
