For me I don't get a guilt feeling after sex I feel relieved and really good and proud of myself as a man. So just counter those that thoughts with pride and focus on how good it was

I don't feel guilty but I do definitely stop feeling horny once I've cum. That happens due to hormones released at orgasm and it then takes a while before you get horny again. That's perfectly normal and it is probably a good thing. If that didn't happen why would you ever stop to do anything else?
