Idk for sure. I guessed 4-4.5, I am 5.5 girth now (7.5 length) at 19. When I was younger I was always long but not wide at all. Always felt self conscious about my girth despite that I was 99% always longer than everyone else. Finally around 16-17 my girth caught up. I still wouldn't mind being wider than 5.5
