Tampons from alway

Any advice on the best tampons to try, been thinking of changing for a while but unsure of the best products don't have any sisters to ask and would be mortified asking mum

I use Playtex Sport.

Playtex, Tampax, or Kotex seem the most poplar brands.

Kotex and Tampax worked fine.
