Shifting Stickies

How can I change the order of stickies in my diary? I just want a certain thread to be at the top, and the rest to be stickied in any order.

If you post in a sticky, it'll get moved to the top.

Can't you just permanently put it at the top by locking it?

Can't you just permanently put it at the top by locking it?
If you lock a sticky and then post in another sticky, the locked one will still be moved down.
