I purged for the first time and... Aside from my thought burning like crazy i have a sorta euphoria high

He means to make himself vomit after eating.
This is a terrible thing to start doing man. Quit right now before you get in the habit and get hooked. It is very dangerous and can be deadly. Please don't do it anymore.
