Penis survey

Hi, I made this survey a couple of months ago about penis size for a sex ed class. I have now improved that survey and added many new questions to make my survey better and get better results to work with for my class. So for those who already took the the last one, you can do this one too because it is different! This time it is about penis size as well as other sexual activities related to the penis. It is completely anonymous, it is for guys and girls and it only takes a couple of minutes to do! I would really appreciate it if you did it honestly! Thanks for your help and give me feedback too!
