Pic Filter?

Does anyone know if there's a way to set my computer to filter pictures so that anything that flickers or flashes wont show up?

I see no way of that being possible.

However, there IS a way to circumvent your problem, but you would have to mess a lot with your video drivers. Doing so, you could reduce the refresh rate of the monitor so changes in the screen would be slower, not allowing flashes to... flash!

I'm not going to try this on my notebook, and my computer is having some bad technical problems. If you want to try, use PowerStrip (http://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm).
