Mine started out clear and then gradually got whiter including a phase where it seemed there were white bits in amongst clear bits like something that hasn't been mixed that well. Now it is consistently white.

AFAIK that transition is completely normal. Exactly where you are on that transition at what age depends on whether you are early or late and varies from one person to another but again that is quite normal.
