Have you ever noticed that there are good slang names for most sex words? If I am talking to my friends I don't say erection I say hard on. If I'm talking about masturbating I say jerking off. If I am talking about semen then I say dick wad.
I haven't found a good name for penis. If I am talking about a penis in a conversation and I use the word penis then it sounds too clinical. If I call it a Willy then I sound like I'm trying to sound British. Dick is the best word I've found, but it doesn't sound right either.
