My friend in 8th grade had a VERY tiny dick! Like 0ne inch soft and 2 inches hard! I moved but I assume it got much bigger. He was just a late bloomer.

Your picture looks like you are a pretty young guy, so I am SURE you have a lot of growing to do! I'm pretty sure you will find yourself in the "normal" range (whatever that is) as you get older. I felt the same way when I was 13, My legs got hairy, pubic hair developed a bit, & I still had a little boy's penis! I was very embarrassed to undress in PE class or at the pool. But...I also noticed that there were other guys, some older, that were just like me.

I have doctors in the family, & my big brother is an Adolescent Med specialist. I asked him, & he said, "Just be patient, everything is going to keep growing!" A year later, I told him my penis length soft & hard. "You're a grower! Your sex partners will be very happy to see that it becomes longer than normal when hard!"

My advice to you is the same. Give it time! Don't measure it everyday! Let the testosterone do its work, & measure every 6 months.

Like other posters say, many guys think they are the smallest in the school, but we usually end up with plenty of meat to make our partners happy!

I have felt this way, for sure. There are boys on my wrestling and swim teams who are bigger than me, and some who are smaller --- so i think it's just a matter of time to grow. And, just accepting what we have and being happy with it.
