Bulge in swimming trunks

Hi, I'm in the school swimming team and when I look at my friends they all have a bulge. We wear jammers (tight fitting swim trunks) but I don't really have one. I'm 16 and 3.5 inches soft and I was wondering if maybe it was because I am small or is it that they just have it positioned differently?

When I swim I wear board shorts, but I'm not on a team or anything. They're loose so my penis just hangs down naturally, and usually slightly left of the middle seam. When they're dry nothing much shows, but sometimes when they're wet the cling pretty tight and my penis bulge is pretty obvious, like you can see the outline of the head and stuff.

A couple of my friends are on the swim team. Although I wouldn't exactly admit that I look at their bulges in their speedos, it is hard not to notice. Might be that you see thier bulge but as you look down on your own it looks smaller - might be thier jammers are different - different makes - colors make a difference

its all in the positioning, I do swim as well and if your jammers are tight on you (which they should be anyways) and if you pull your cock and balls so they sit right were the base of the penis is then you get a larger bulge than if you were to push them more down. If you do that then the gap where the legs are kinda hide your junk and they take up less visible space.

this also applies to tighter speedos, the lightweight thin speedos are a little different
