Okay, so first of all, this is the first time in years that I peed in my bed. I used to have a bedwetting problem when I was 8 or 10 but that ended a long time ago. I literally had a dream where I was urinating into the toilet so that ended up making me pee in my bed, I did realize that I tried to stop myself from peeing, but I was a little too late, I guess I'm lucky I didn't let any more pee out.
I sleep nude so i didn't have any drenched PJs but there was nothing covering the mattress (too lazy to put it on) so my pee went directly onto it.

Now i'm just wondering ow to get rid of the stain, I just sprayed it with febreeze but that just gets rid of the smell but the stain will still be there. I did put my cover on my matress, but I know somtime in the future, ill take the cover off for some reason and see a pee stain there.

I don't want to need to tell my mom about this, It's too embarassing.
thanks.

As for peeing in the dream and real life at the same time, that sort of thing is kind of common. Getting the stain out could be a problem though, and the only thing I can think of is intense scrubbing.

It's very hard to get stains out of mattresses tbh. Try your best and use whatever products most people recommend though I'd suggest maybe just flipping it over so others don't notice

I once had the same issue last year. I was dreaming of peeing for some odd reason, and I was actually peeing on my bed. Unfortunately, I woke up right after I was done peeing, I think I woke up from the warm, wet feeling. I peed a lot so the puddle was huge and it required a lot of scrubbing to get it out.

Your probably gonna have to scrub REALLY hard to get the stain out or the easy way is to just flip the matress. As for the peeing in your bed, it'll be fine if this is the only time it happens but if it keeps occuring, it might be a problem
