Buy them wherever. If you're that privacy-conscious, maybe a store you don't ever get to with your mom. Regular size -- I like Trojan Bareskins personally. If it's this much trouble to acquire them, maybe don't waste them jerking? If your after the latex feel, maybe getting gloves would be easier/less eyebrow-raising. For a small, light item, I've found that a jacket with an inside pocket will frequently wear a hole in the bottom with regular use, or you can create it yourself, that allows for storage in the lining.

The suggestion of self-checkout is a good one if you would feel embarrassed with a normal checkout operator. You may also find charities/health organisations that give them away in your area.

Any gas station, convenience store or grocery store. Usually about a dollar a piece, give or take. Start with smaller packs (IE 3-5 a package, not the bulk ones) until you know what size and brand fits your body. Sounds like a normal size would work for you.

You can go to the health department and get them for free, but if you insist in buying them then just go to the dollar store and they shouldn't say anything to you.
The worst place to hide them is in your pillow, under your bed, or in your drawer. That is if you don't want your parents to find them.
Depending on how determined your parents are to snoop, a pair of shoes that you don't wear is a pretty good place or even in the pockets of some old pants or shorts that are hanging up in your closet.
