No they dont rally turn blue... But it is uncomfortable as hell lol. It doesn't happen all the time, only happened to me a couple of times when I was getting fairly close to shooting a load, where I started feeling like I was getting close, and then got interrupted and had to stop... Basically it is a kinda dull but constant ache down there, kinda like the pain after you get hit in the balls, not the crippling initial pain but the aching afterwards lol... And its just really uncomfortable, even walking lol

Blue balls is simply when you get a build up of semen or like you said get really turned on and don't blow your wad. Your balls don't turn blue or anything they just ache and hurt.
