So I've had this issue for a while now. While I know I am not a bad looking guy and I know that my body looks somewhat good, but I have this tendency to compare myself to other guys. If I see a guy who find to be really good looking, it will cause to me to think of all my flaws and drain my self-confidence. At the same time I feel like this could also be just attraction because I am gay.

Story of my life. Even though I wouldn't consider myself to be gay, it's something I've been dealing with like forever. It's like a mix of attraction, jealousy and innate lack of confidence!

I don't know if there's anything practical you can do about it. The most important would be to work with yourself and learn to appreciate and admire your special characteristics.
There will always be prettier guys. We can only stop comparing our weaknesses with their key strengths, and maybe, I say maybe, start doing the opposite.

Or... Start having sex with them. This way you're being the guy who managed to seduce a better looking one. Lol. No.
You just need to boost your confidence, and you're the only one who can do that. It's like a self solving issue.

I have 0% confidence,I can't even talk with boys normally and don't even ask about how I talk with girls(Cringiness of Biblical proportions). It's hard to overcome that problem, the longest conversation I had with teenage girl is when one waitress asked me what coffee do I want, literally.

I feel you on this one bro, I have confidence issues as well because I too compare myself to other guys and make myself feel bad about myself if I don't have something that they do, for example if there dick is bigger or if they have a a better body than me. It'll get better man.

Been dealing with a self-confidence issue myself for quite some time. I was rather fortunate to have nice skin on my face no chronic acne but the normal occasional pop up pimple happened. However, Iv'e been plagued with acne on my butt. I would have no problem dropping my undies in the locker room as long as my butt faced the lockers. I never showed my ass in public... also avoid exposing it while in a personal interaction with another. I treat it regularly with washes, prescription and whatever i can. It's now pretty much cleared up but I still hide it due to the traumatic past. I have the occasional breakout but its really no longer an issue. I feel your pain with anxiety regarding your flaws but have since learned that when you meet someone that truly digs/loves you they don't see the flaws like you do.

Take it from me dude - I've got a pretty average body, and I used to be the first one the first one in a locker room to cower away into a cubicle. The first step is to accept yourself. Stuff everyone else, be happy in your own skin. If they don't like the way you look, then they're short-sighted

OMG, just relax. Enjoy your own body (and their's too).
They are probably thinking the same thing about you.

We all have a confidence issue like that to some extent. The best we all can do is try and focus our attention to ourselves and not others to better ourselves.

you are growing up, maybe your clothes no longer fit for your body. Try to mix fashion will help your physical appearance . Try wearing hat and some fashion.

Hey man I have the exact same issue. I am more of a skinny guy and every time I see a big good looking guy I feel like I am not a full man.(if you can understand that) I have never had a girlfriend or even kissed one and I'm already 17. I feel it most after I masturbate. I really don't know how to fix it I just need to stop comparing myself with other people

I didn't kiss a girl (or anyone) until i was almost 18 :( but i feel like a lot of people's first kiss is actually a lot later than what it seems like

Being Gay and looking at other guys and admiring them shouldn't lower your self confidence or make you feel self conscious. You said yourself that you are good looking and have a decent body. Build on that and enjoy boywatching and know in your mind and heart that you are an alright guy and go with that.

very true. besides, most guys and girls, regardless of sexuality, go through some self-confidence issues at our age. not everyone, bust most. even those who are happy with ourselves still compare every now and then. the key is to be happy with you. if your not and you can make healthy changes, then make some healthy changes. but don't waste your life constantly comparing yourself to everyone else, because that is not good for you to do.

There's no shame in anything about you! Be who you are. :)
