Totally personal preference. There are some guys in the forums who got circumcised as teens for whatever reason and say they prefer it. Other cut guys hate it and are trying to restore their foreskin. Personally I like that I have a foreskin, but I find cut penises to be more attractive.

I highly question an operation performed on an infant or baby without medical reason though.

On topic, I do not view circumcision as necessary in countries where healthcare, and education prevail. I don't see it as necessary anywhere, but I see the benefits in third world countries. What is important, is whether the bests interest's of the child to have the procedure done. Either way, it is wrong for reasons like "to look like dad" or "because I don't want him to get picked on". Personally, I am not circumcised and have what was described to me as a "perfect foreskin". If I'm totally honest, I think a circumcised penis looks a tad more attractive though.

Look, even if I'm cut and happy with that, I don't think all people have to be cut, but I'm not against circumcision neither.
I consider that the parents are who have to decide that, as they decide the clothes their kids wear, the kind of food, the school where they study, etc.

I'm cut. I like the look of it, less cleaning. Also there is a cancer that develops in the foreskin that you can't get if you don't have any. Someone told me that the Jews circumcised because it cut off some of the nerves of the penis, making sex less desirable. (Therefore easier to fight "unholy" sexual urges). I don't believe this though because i'm sure modern medicine has made it so there is almost or no difference in the satisfaction of sex of a cut or uncut penis.
