My hair is getting darker

So the hair on top of my head is getting darker, it used to be brown, then dark brown, now it's to the point that it's almost black. Is this a normal thing? Has anyone else experienced this?

It happens. I used to be blonde now it's dirty blonde

Yes it's normal. Cause i went from blonde/dirty blonde, to dark brown/near black like you. Except mine was a quick change, and occured after a haircut-literally once my hair was cut it changed quickly-. Also it changed texture and style. I was a normal and straight as board hair. To black-ish type hair and extremely curly. Also extremely thick hair.

Its normal-don't worry bout it. I have black
hair and during the summer months sometimes
it looks like dark brown. It could b the sun also
but I know a lot of guys hair change colors.

Winter time, my hair is nearly brown. Summer, aftersome ssun and beach, and pool chlorine, its light ginger!

Head hair darkening during puberty is normal. Mine did, though only from fair to brown, not all the way to black. So did my father's.

My hair is darker now too. And since one or two years it is more curly. Now it's longer I have real curls and I never had that before.

I have been told that hair usually darkens as you get older. When I was a little kid my hair was blond. Over the last couple years it's turning darker. Now it's more brown than blond.
