Ok, whenever I'm horny, I'm more prone to do stupid things, so I decided to try sounding (put a thin object in the penis) I regretted it immediately after. Yeah, arousal can really be like being drunk, removing inhibitions and the like.
As for any stinging, it can last a while, the urethra (the tube that your penis contains) is REALLY sensitive. The pain can be quite latent and last for a bit, but it will usually fade over the course of less than a week.

It sounds like you have damaged the lining of the urethra, the tube that goes through your penis. Hopefully it will heal again of its own accord but as with any cut/scratch there is the possibility of it becoming infected. If it seems to be taking ages to heal or is actually getting worse then you do need to go along to the doctor as you may need antibiotics.

UPDATE:

It is now morning and when I went pee, it did sting, but a lot less, I was able to pee relatively comfortably. I have a feeling that it didn't heal overnight because I got less than 5 hours of sleep, I masturbated and sounded at 12 AM and couldn't fall asleep till 1 - 1:30 AM because I was nervous that it won't heal.

I am also going to attempt to take a break from masturbation until it feels 100% normal to pee.
