That's huge and you likely won't be able to fit the whole thing inside anyone, but as long as you can find a comfortable position with your partner it's probably not TOO big. Too big might be like 10 or 11 inches and up (if that's even possible)

At 14 most girls are still growing and have not reached their adult size. What that means is that for guys like you who are big downstairs is that you are going to have a tough time among girls your age while having sex assuming you are 9.5 inches. It can be a problem if you are too aggressive with sex, and you are just going to have to take things slowly and be really gentle with the girl. There might be times you might not get into her very far, and you should understand because she is growing like you she just might be able to handle your size. As long as you are patient and do not push your partner into doing anything she is uncomfortable with, then there will not be a problem.

i would say yes... Never had any issues regarding length but def girth. a couple of guys in the past had extremely thick dicks and it was awful giving them head.
