Messy in what sense? What I do, and I suspect others who do this do, is use a pair that I have taken off and am not proposing to put back on again because they are due to be washed. So, for example, take them off last thing at night, wipe up with them, sleep naked, shower in the morning and put a fresh pair on.

Yes, there can be a visible mark from the cum before they get washed. Whether you're bothered about you mum seeing that depends on you, I guess. If you do your own laundry, as I do, that neatly avoids that issue.

If not leaving any evidence is important to you then you can probably be more discrete with disposable paper products but i find cloth things e.g. underwear, towels etc. are much easier and quicker to use.
