13 is a funny age. I started early so am already 6 inches hard. I have read some boys here that don't start until 14/ 15 YO, so are still soft and smooth. I think average adult male is 5.5 to 7 inches hard

He's right 13 could be anywhere from not matured at all so same as u are as a younger kid, to a pretty big and mature one. So there is no normal. Depends where u are in puberty

I was about 6 inches too when I was 13, I'm 7.5 now :)

13 it's everywhere. An adult is 5.16 inches for the average. With a margin of .5 inches so "true average" is 4.5 to 5.5-ish.

If I were to throw an average (which I assume would contain more possible sizes) out there, I would say anywhere from 2 Inches erect to 4 Inches erect (hard). The soft size changes frequently and doesn't really matter either way. An average adult male is somewhere around 5-6 Inches erect. The guys claiming to be bigger are usually either lying to make themselves feel better, or are measuring incorrectly (measure with the ruler on top of your penis).
Whatever your size, it's nothing to really worry about. The people who are worried about their bodies are more normal than they think.

In one of your other post you, Post ed you had not started, (or had no outward signed of puberty)

So 3" would be an OK size for you, As soon as puberty kicks into high gear in the next few months or so, things will start to change and grow (and grow all over you),

If you have not started to "Grow" in like a year, you should have your doctor take a look at things.

At 13 urenot done maturing yet. It might get bigger, or might not. Too Early to tell.
I was finally done around 16, but grew ALOT from 13 ~ 16.

When I turned 13 I was just 3.5" hard. I really hadn't started my puberty yet. But now, like 20 months later I'm 4.5" hard and hopefully still growing. So, I would say you're normal size for your age and probably have lot more growing before your puberty is over.
