Wide there are "Big" condoms like trojan magnum that are made for "wide" ones,

Legth is not going to be a issue they are like 9" long the extra just stayed rolled up at the end.

Im about 5 ½ inches in length and have tried a condom and just an old regualr sized condom works, dont get the extra latge ones like Magnum. Just dont unroll the condom all the way.

Just a regular one works fine. you want a snug fit.

This guy is right for sizing, your penis is pretty normal, so get regular length.
As for the age limit, there isn't one in most places, thank God the lawmakers had a flash of inspiration on that one, haha. You can buy condoms at any age, just act confident and cool. The cashiers (if there are any, you could use a self-checkout kiosk if there is one) won't care, it's normal.
