I'm cut probably something between. there's some skin behind when soft (pretty loose), but pretty tight when hard (but still I can move a bit of skin).. So I think this is considered as loose cut, right?

I'm definitely tight-cut. Very little loose skin when I'm stiff. So, for me, I use some kinda lube maybe 80% of the time cuz to wank without lube ends up making my penis skin red and sore from all the tight tugging and pulling. (A little spit mixed with my pre-cum makes a really good lube for me.)

I'm tight and lucky with it. Skin is bunching up only when I'm very small like in cold water or so. But even then I can't pull anything over te head. When hard, I have a strong tension which feels very horny and which makes me want to wank any time when I get a boner.
