Hey guys, do you feel like every teen guy should at least experience a few group showers?
If so why.?
And before they reach what age?
What if someone is all ready older but hasn't yet?

What type of experience did you get from showering with friends or team mates?
Do you value those experiences?

If so why.? So you don't smell for the rest of the day. Also to be able to see how you are doing hardware wise with everyone else.

And before they reach what age? 12 We had required group shower from 2nd semester of 6th grade on in my old school, In my High School Shower after PE are "Strongly" suggested but not required, but most guys shower.

What if someone is all ready older but hasn't yet? In both my old school, and Current school If you go to next class and stink they send you to the nurse, I know some guys are shy about there size, both big and small, and the lack of public hair, but after a few trime no one cares.

What type of experience did you get from showering with friends or team mates? We get clean, get to see how you compare down there with others

Do you value those experiences? Yes, Not sure why but its sort of a Bonding experience

We had optional showers after 6th grade basketball practice, a couple never did
Had mandatory showers when we took swim test in May of 6th grade at another schools pool
Had to supervise showers for kids in 3rd - 5th grade on a no demerit outing to sports complex with pool, teachers all female in 6th grade
As we had 18 boys in my class at a private school we could see how we were growing up
We never stank after gym or practice
It was a bonding experience in a way, when kids started growing hair over summer they could show off

My school doesn't have mandatory showers and our school doesn't even really have them. So it's not talked about, nobody even thinks of them. Am I missing out on an experience that would have helped me in life? Maybe I would have more confidence in my body if I was forced into this. Idk!!

By high school, I hadn't seen many guys completely naked, only brothers and cousins. So in freshmen year, we had swimming for pe and everyone had to shower afterwards. We had like 12 boys in the shower and the first few times we just wanted to get in and out but also check out the other boys' stuff (size, hair, etc). Sophomore year just finished and we had pe and team sports and showers for different reasons. Guys walk around now totally naked, not caring who sees them, how big they are, it just doesn't matter anymore. So yes, everyone should experience a group shower to understand that being naked can be a comfortable, natural experience. And no one really cares how big your dick is.

I don't have to shower at school, in fact i don't think that we are supposed to. However i do think it is important, even healthy, to shower/change with other guys your age. It gives you an opportunity to see others and bond with them because you are all going through the same thing. I think it should also promote body self confidence if everyone does it together. Then people won't be so shy and self conscious on the inside too

I've never experienced a group shower before. We have shower stalls at my school (we had them in middle school and we have them in high school) but I don't think they've ever been used. The teachers actually tell us specifically not to use them, although it would really help the school.

Idk if it should be mandatory or w/e but obviously back in the day at schools they did and I guess at some schools it still is. I think showers are great. I learned a lot about male anatomy from them. My dad has always been a HS or a college basketball coach so I have spent my entire life in a gym, including locker rooms. Some schools I went to didn't use showers at all and I definitely missed out in the team binding aspect of them but it's not like it devastated our team bonding or anything lol. it was just what it was. A person should shower in groups when possible but not be worried if he hasn't. I also feel the same way about nude beaches too.

It is not that they have to be mandatory. I view the showers as a place to get clean after you have been working out/got dirty. I don't view it as a place to party or any of that. Not that you can;t talk to people in the shower or getting dressed, but I never felt closer to a guy on the team just because I showered with him. I feel the showers would help people be more accepting of their bodies and not be so hung up about nudity. some guys are afraid to be seen in their underwear, let alone naked. our high school did have mandatory showers and I was grateful we did not have to go through the rest of the day stinking. sure I talked to people in the locker room. I have always felt very comfortable in there. I think others would too if they did it enough. but mandatory? naw

taking a group shower I think would help with being comfortable with your body. you'd see all shapes and sizes and realize that it really doesn't matter what we look like with our clothes off, it's who we are as a total person.

If so why.? Because I think it is a good thing to see your peers naked. Then you know that you aren't so different than the next guy.
And before they reach what age? I think when you start playing elementary school sports or at the pool by age 10.
What if someone is all ready older but hasn't yet? Well go somewhere and experience it.

What type of experience did you get from showering with friends or team mates? I have been skinny dipping with friends and using public changing rooms since I was 6. I am not a bit modest about my body. I think that it's very interesting to see all the kinds of bodies and all the different looking kinds of penis' and testicles.
Do you value those experiences? Yes very much so.

I REALLYREALLYREALLY fucken LOVE group showers.... after class me n my mates spend as much time as poss naked in the changerooms.... not so much for a sexual thing but coz it just feels SO GOOD to hang out.... n Ive noticed our conversations are different than when we're clothed in the playground..... If so why.? it will make you less afraid to try things later on. You don't want to be the guy on a sports team, college dorm, military or whatever that's afraid and awkward. Plus maybe you find you just enjoy being naked and that opens up nudist opportunities

And before they reach what age? There just has to be a reason. At age 10-11 we did because of living for a whole week at summer camp so we had to. I think before puberty, you should only be pressured to do this if you live away from home a while. Boarding school, camp, maybe after swimming to get chlorine off. Then by 12-13 you sweat a lot more and get BO and so you should shower after sports

What type of experience did you get from showering with friends or team mates? Didn't gain much with friends cause we already saw each other changing to swim and pissing outside a lot. With teammates i got some teasing cause of my foreskin, but i learned also it can be fun to just be naked and mess around with other guys naked

If so why.? I think it would help give boys a better idea of what is normal relating to physicality and puberty.
And before they reach what age? Probably younger, start of puberty or younger. Maybe somewhere around 10-13?
What if someone is all ready older but hasn't yet? They probably already know most of the stuff that showers would teach them, but if they want to, give them the option to shower with guys their age or around it.

I started showering at school a couple of years ago, but since I was 4 and learning to swim, I took showers with all the rest in my group.
I think it is good, because it makes you feel more confident with your body. For me it is strange when I go to other countries and people take showers in closed stalls, or don't take a shower after sports.

We always compare at the changing room how our development is going, specially size and amount of pubes and armpit. Not too obvious, of course, but you can see everybody taking glances.
