pretty much all boxer briefs:

fruit of the loom- not a big fan of I "hang" the wrong way so fall out of them haha
Hanes- older ones were better for the comfort waistband, new material i got last was a bit rough

under-armor- only one pair expensive but feel nice
Russel & Gildan are both pretty good for me too

Mostly Hanes for boxers at the moment, but I have a couple pairs of American Eagle boxers. I will in the future (gradually, since they are considerably more expensive) be moving more towards American Eagle for boxers.
