Nerdy as it may sound, I often count my contractions and my number of shots. A typical orgasm for me consists of 10 VERY enjoyable contractions. Firstly: You have to drink enough of liquids, water, milk, yogurt etc, but not to much, just enough to avoid dehydration
Secondly: Eat some meat (fish if you can), green vegetable etc.
