Like scott2002 said it's the total package and for us shower guys with big balls we have a considerable bulge, always. Nothing to be embarrassed about though. We are guys, we have a package. It is natural just like a girl has boobs. You will get over it!

This is definitely true. Even though I have a very large flaccid penis (5x5), my balls are what gives me such a big bulge. I would say that they are each the size of a very large egg and that pushes my penis out a lot, especially when they are tight.

Depending on the pants I can be showy or not. I gotta tell you though girls honestly aren't as interested in bulges. After talking to a handful or so really what they notice is pretty much everything above the waist.

Jawline, eyes, smile/teeth; hair is huge for a lot of woman.

I’m pretty much the same size as you are and I don’t have a big bulge whatsoever. The only exception is when I wear my jeans- then pointing my penis upwards I can get quite considerable one. But those pants are quite slim fit so it may help. Also my balls are small so it doesn’t give much volume in the area
