It was brunch at a restaurant by a lake some 50 km from here. I went with the whole family and we were eating and chatting and reading papers for almost 5 hours. Andy, you totally hit the nail on its head. We need to support the restaurants in our communities. If at all possible, order meals online or use take out. Just about every community has companies where you can place an order online. Doing this, we can support our local restaurants and help them survive the current lockdown. Remember, it is our friends and neighbors who work in these restaurants and they depend on their salaries to keep paying their rent and feeding their families. There are many restaurants in my town that I would be sad if they went out of business. So, let's try to support them so when they will re-open and we can go their and sit down in them for a great meal.

Speaking of Burger King "whoppers", there are a few BK's here that added a super bacon whopper to their menu calling it a " Baconator Whopper" It's a double whopper with 350 grams (0.77 pounds) of bacon in the sandwich. But then, some people nicknamed it a "heart attack" on a bun. I don't know if it will remain on their menu once all the BK's are open again. I was tempted to try it. But then, the coronavirus ended my attempt.

I had lunch at a small French bistro "Le Petit Jarden" today. It's similar to the La Madeleine restaurants. Restaurants are slowly beginning to open here. The restaurant was hardly filled with the tables spread apart. It was great to be able to eat inside again.
