Gel lube is thicker than other lubes so you don't need as much, and there's ingredients in the gel that give your skin a warm feeling as you rub it on your cock and balls. It's expensive...but feels awesome!!

Yes, but try not to use soap/shampoo too often and for too long. This can dry/damage your skin and/or cause minor irritations.

I used to use shower gel while wanking in the shower; now I go for proper lube (like KY jelly) or some nice skin lotion.
