I can move mine back and forth easily. It feels so great when jerking off. You may have a tight foreskin and need to do some stretching exercises to stretch it out. Take it easy though. If it gets to the point it really hurts stop there. It works good to do stretching in the bath or shower. The warm water helps. You can Google foreskin stretching too for more help. Also you can get ointments from your doctor that help soften the foreskin. Good luck and enjoy. Don't ever let them talk you into getting cut either.

Like Jamie, mine slides back easily. It feels good and, as far as I know, it's how most uncut guys masturbate. I think it didn't move quite as freely when I first tried pulling it back as it does now but it was never really tight.

You may find patience and continuing to move is as you masturbate is enough. If that is not enough there is manual stretching exercises and if they aren't working fast enough the doctor can prescribe steroid cream to help.

I don't know how things are in Australia, but here in the UK the NHS says phimosis, the technical name for a foreskin that is too tight, does not need to be treated unless it causes other problems so here doctors would not be rushing to recommend circumcision as a solution and, personally, I think that is way too extreme. For me, having a foreskin with some movement, even if it was slighly restricted would be prefereable to not having one at all. In the USA I don't think they are so cautious.

I wanted to add that I find these topics and comments very interesting and educational for me, a guy that doesn't have a foreskin. Being circumcised seems to make a guy free from lots of potential problems guys with foreskins seem to have. (But I realize that having a foreskin is natural and is how God made us. So even though I enjoy being circumcised, deep down I still wish my parents had left me 'natural' and didn't have that very personal part cut off of me.)

Yeah it's not unknown to be tight when hard initially. Tightness is called phimosis. For the most part over time, And for most of the guys here it's quite mild and will just stretch over time. I had a friend that had to get circumcised as the tightness was pretty severe. I do wander how many boys cut early for non medical reasons would have to get it done for medical reasons if they hadn't been otherwise cut

When you're about 10/11 years old and erect it is hard to move foreskin, because you're not used to masturbating. But take it from me, It gets way easier
