I have hear so many people talk about dad give the talk and stuff. How far is okay. My dad never give me the talk Well, my dad usally come check me and tuck in my sheet around midnight when he go use the bathroom (even when I am teen). I wake up when people come in my room most the time. One time my dad come in my room and tuck in my sheet and find that I got boner （random sleep boner）. I wake up when he tuck in my sheet but I pretend to sleep. I am pretty embarrass but surprise that my dad actually touch my boner through my boxer and feel it then left. I was excited and feel wrong at the same time but I just let it go. Same situation happen again a week after, this time he actually pull my penis out of my boxer and I can feel that he is try to measure how big is my penis for about a minutes or two. I feel excited because I was super horny teen but also wrong. I never talk to my dad about it but I feel like he was just curious about my puberty and growth. My dad never see me naked after I started puberty and we never talk about it.

Your dad should not have done what you have described.

First of all there is the issue of consent. It is generally accepted in our society that any kind of sexual touching and that includes touching another persons genitals, should be by consent and he didn't ask first.

Secondly there is the age/power gap/position of trust issue. In most places the law holds that children are too young to be sure what they want and anyway would feel pressured into consenting when the other person is much older or in a position or authority over them, and for that reason adults doing sexual stuff with children is usually always illegal.

But we can't decide for you what you do about it? What do you want to happen? Do you want it to stop? Do you want him arrested? If it happens again you could reveal you are awake and ask him what he is doing. You could question him out of the blue, like "Dad, why were you checking my dick a few nights ago? If you wanted to know if I was developing you could have just asked". You could talk to your mum about it. You could call the relevant authorities (and I don't know hwo that would be in Canada) or you could see if there is a confidential child helpline available to you.

If he just had a look, thinking you were asleep; it could be parental pride (something like "my boy is not a kid anymore"), but all other aspects of it are quite wrong.

That was around when I was in my early to mid stage of puberty and I am a early bloomer. Back then I was horny so I feel excited and wrong but now it is just wrong for me if it ever happen again. That is wrong in my eyes. I'm a nudist, but like I've said before, other people seeing you naked has to be consensual. It's not okay to have people touching you without your permission, especially if you're asleep and can't tell them, "no," even if they only think you're sleeping.

You are not very clear about this. I can't figure out if he:
a) had a look, or
b) touched you sexually.

a) is probably ok, though it can be weird
b) is very much wrong!

He didn't snuck into my room. My parents always come to my room when they wake up to use the washroom at night. Since I wear only boxer to bed, my dad find out my have night boner when he tuck in my sheet. My sleep position is pretty bad. He did touch my boner. So has your question been answered? Or are you actually confused by the apparent conflict between it feeling good and being wrong? If that is what is confusing you the explanation is that there are two different parts of the brain involved. The pleasure happens in one part, an older, more primitave part, whereas the knowledge that it should not be happenning is in the concious though part of the brain.
