Where is the like button?

I am sure I have had people like my posts but looking at someone else's post I don't see how to do that. Anyone have a clue, please?

The thumbs up button found at the bottom right of each post. It's disabled in P101 and some diaries though.

As said above, the thumbs up button (excluding P101 and some diaries).

To be quite honest, I think the server would crash if we enabled the "Like" system in P101 from an overwhelming amount of activity.
