My balls and my flaccid penis are about the same size because I have big balls and a small soft dick.

I haven't encountered too many guys who actually had each ball being individually larger than the penis. I have however, heard of a lot of guys who have scrotums than hang below their penises, and am built that way myself. Either way is normal.

It is not abnormal about what you're describing, and I really would not worry. Unless you think your testicles are swollen I think you're fine and have nothing to be concerned about.

I have seen pics of guys whose balls hung down so low that they rested on the chair seat when they were sitting down. Mine come nowhere near even close to hitting the chair seat, no matter how loose they are. So, I think "normal" is really variable. You just got big balls, I guess!
