Take your time and don't rush.
Shaving Cream or Shaving Gel helps. DON'T USE HAIR REMOVAL CREAM!
Being hard sometimes helps, but the main thing (for me) is not rushing and taking my time. You may have to lather, shave, rinse and repeat a few times until you get the smoothness you desire.

Why do guys our age (teens) want to shave off their pubes??
I can see possibly trimming, but shaving that area bald? NONE of the guys in my school (that I've seen naked, that is) shave off their pubic hair.

you're absolutely right, no one including girls should shave their pubic hair, but especially boys. Do you shave your legs too?

Timeline here is good. Also, if your skin is used to being shaved. try to press down a little harder with the razor and slide it a little faster. I recently did this, and my shaving (of both my face and pubic area) got much faster and better looking. Of course, I don't know your technique, so this advice might not apply. Hope it does though. :D

Well I go over everything once with an electric razor and then a plain razor to nail stubble so it is down completely bare.
(I assume that's what you're after?)

I think it's easier to do when hard and try to trim with scissors first if you have a lot of hair

I dont get why guys shave their pubes.... im not judging i just really LOVE having pubes n couldnt wait to get em. As soon as i had a bush i was showing it off to all my mates hehe:D
